Appointments can be scheduled by contacting our office via email or through our online contact form. We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in future appointments requiring advance payment or deposits.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For extensive procedures or treatments, payment plans may be available upon request and approval. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts, and you agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees.
All medical records are the property of East Lincoln Animal Hospital and will be maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Copies of medical records may be provided to clients upon written request. A reasonable fee may be charged for copying and providing records.
East Lincoln Animal Hospital offers an optional SMS text messaging program to provide appointment reminders, pet care tips, and promotional information about our veterinary services. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

While we strive to provide urgent care for established clients, East Lincoln Animal Hospital is not a 24-hour emergency facility. For life-threatening emergencies outside our business hours, please contact the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.
East Lincoln Animal Hospital and its veterinarians will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment in providing veterinary services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
